Ok, I just got back from Home Depot and I had to Put this on here. So I was at Home Depot and I was looking for a bolt for my weedeater. So I went to the weedeater section, no bolts. We Need new Laws for Bad Renters in Texas!!
Why is it that the person that pays for bad renters are the Landlords??? If a tenant defaults on their contract, automatically there are fees to be paid by the landlord to try to get them out of the property. Why do lawmakers abide by such ridiculous laws!! If a tenant's check bounces and then they refuse to pay either that or any other rent payments, they should immediately be removed and they... |

There was a time (within the last 100 years) when politicians made promises to the American people ... and athey ctually kept them. Accepting comments and picture comments
It is really annoying to have to wait for them to accept your comment, most people don't see them until the comment is no good. Like to send a comment saying "Good Morning" and they accept it at night. And picture comments well it is just annoying to have to wait and wait for the accept. |

For the love of all things Holy...just be honest about it...
I don't mind looking for a new job. I really don't but, I'd like a little notice. The higher ups at our company are systematically "phasing out" most of the jobs for my position in the state. I don't see why they can't just be honest. They know that we have families to support, yet they wait until the last possible second to tell you that you need to go someplace else to work.
